we've been spending a large amount of time with these kiddos // and a large amount of time at the pool. thank goodness for summer sun and sunscreen!!

1 mom at girls camp + 1 mom working night shift = 2 twinners filling in.

we've been playing "mom" for the past couple of days.

who knew it would be this tiring!

but we love these boys, nonetheless.

caden & tate graduated from preschool - their graduation was attended.

my grades are so good it's not even funny.

mr. c turns 1+3!

today is caden's birthday.

we just got back from the cutest superhero party you ever did see! seriously. those pics you can see later, but for now here's to you caden!

HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY!

you have the sweetest spirit & the most contageous laugh. you're always filled with so much energy & always helping around grammie's house :) we love it when you say "gekaball" for basktetball & "enja turtles" for ninja turtles. thanks for being the bestest & for always saying "um..YOU TWO!" when we ask who your fav is.

this (somewhat) winter season...

i hate the winter. it's too cold & i'm too scared of driving in the snow. butch doesn't like it, he slips & slides & makes me all scared. there hasn't been too much of that white puffy stuff around. {that just means it'll still be snowing in april, according to previous ..801.. weather forecasts} it's just been rainy & brown outside which makes me a little depressed.... moving forward- a few reasons why i've kept myself going rather than curl up in a ball & sleep all day this season.

[p.s. i'm sorry i don't have an expensive camera to make my pictures look nice, santa must be saving it for next year]



1. best friends! as stated here, for sarah's birthday we went to macey's, got ice cream/mustaches, & laughed the whole time. |we get a little crazy when we're together| they're the greatest!

 

2. now, on to these pretty little things.

there can't be Christmas without some ugly sweaters..

we tried to make these pictures as white trash as possible.

3. seminary bowl: yes, my {taryn} class got last place. no big deal. we came to the conclusion that we're more spiritual because we weren't competitive & were nice to fellow seminary students. for other classes, that wasn't the case. i'm suprised we didn't have to call 911. (some people will do anything to win) hooray for scripture mastery!

4. do you not just want to die over this kid? i do. baby haws is the sweetest one out there. seriously, look at him! he's an angel.

there are my ramblings for the day.

now off to bed to awake to a day filled with

basketball & hanging with the fam...

sooo yesterday.

lindsay was sick yesterday and kenny took her to the hospital. we went over to watch her kids while they were trying to figure out what was wrong. 5 hours later they called and said everything was fine. during those 5 hours we . . . . .

ate
slept
played games
watched shows
laughed
spent time with 3 cuties.

we love sundays.

1. make a turkey according to the 4 year olds.

chocolate chips, syrup & burning it untill it's black |

2. be a little late to seminary cause you're carbonation deprived.

3. do good in photo/art class so your projects can be displayed in the commons.

4. take advantage of the fact your dad is the medical anatomy & physiology teacher. go to the school at 11:30 pm to study for the big quiz you have on the one bajillion bones in the body. you may think it'll be easy because he's the teacher and he will go easy on you.  MA&P will make or break your career decisions... and your grades.

5. while down at the school studying for your quiz and your head just keeps bobbing because basketball has taken over your life, jump up on the science lab tables & attempt to do the stanky leg..

in the summer they came over everyday. but since school has started, we don't get to see them as much.
